About Us

Hermann Hellwagner is a full professor of computer science in the Institute of Information Technology (ITEC), Klagenfurt University, Austria, leading the Multimedia Communications group. His current research areas are distributed multimedia systems, multimedia communications, ICN/NDN and quality of service. He has received many research grants from national (Austria, Germany) and European funding agencies as well as from industry, is the editor of several books, and has published more than 200 scientific papers on parallel computer architecture, parallel programming, and multimedia communications and adaptation. He is a member of the IEEE, ACM, GI (German InformaticsSociety) and OCG (Austrian Computer Society), and vice president of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF).

Philipp Moll is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Information Technology (ITEC) in the Multimedia Communication (MMC) research group, Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, Austria, where he received his M.Sc. (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in computer science. His research interests are conversational services in ICN/NDN.

 

 

Sebastian Theuermann is a student assistant at the Department of Information Technology (ITEC) in the Multimedia Communication (MMC) research group, Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, Austria.

 

 

Julian Janda is Masters Student at the Alpen-Adria-Universität and currently completing his research semester at the Department of Information Technology (ITEC) in the Multimedia Communication (MMC) research group.
